About Us
The Wildlife Hospital has long been established as the North's leading centre for the care and rehabilitation of wildlife casualties and orphans and responds to thousands of calls each year concerning hedgehogs, owls, squirrels, foxes, garden birds etc.
The centre survives on public donations and through the support of the Hospital's 500 CLUB
The 500 CLUB was launched to recruit 500 wildlife lovers who could each pledge just £1 per week to cover the running costs.
Most members set up a standing order with their bank to transfer £5 each month into the Hospital's account whilst others send in cheques for a half or full years subscription.
